Analyze
Deterministic analysis pins findings to evidence across every discoverability surface.
4 findings, impact-ranked
Findings · pinned to evidence · ranked by impact
- SEODuplicate titles · 34 product pages
- SEOProduct structured data missing
- AEONo extractable answer block on guides
- LOCAL0 of 12 served cities have a page
Every finding carries its evidence: affected URLs, rendered source, measurements. First up: the duplicate titles.
Engineer
The platform prepares the actual fix — a reviewable pull request, not a to-do item.
1 pull request, 34/34 titles unique
Pull request · PR #231 · synthetic
app/products/[slug]/page.tsx
− title: product.name+ title: `${product.name} · ${collection}`+ description: product.summaryPreview check · measured, not assumed
- Rendered titles: 34/34 unique

A verifiable technical state, not a ranking or traffic prediction.
Authorize
Machines check. You decide — twice: approve the exact change, then authorize production.
Change approved · awaiting production go
Automated checks · machines
- Build passes
- Preview renders
- No unrelated files
Gate 1 · Change approval
Approved by you
The exact prepared change. Content-bound, single-use.
Gate 2 · Production authorization
Awaiting you
A distinct, explicit go. Never automatic.
Approval artifact sha 4f2a…c9e1 · bound to this content · single-use
Deploy
The deployment you previewed is the one that ships — rollback point captured first.
Same artifact shipped · rollback ready
Governed pipeline
- Build ✓
- Preview ✓
- Production · authorized ✓
The staged deployment you reviewed is promoted without rebuilding, traced end to end, so what ships is exactly what you approved.
Rollback point captured before production changed · every step logged
Verify
The deployment is verified against its intent; outcomes are then measured, never promised.
Verified in scope · outcomes next

- Traffic
Measured over the following weeks and reported transparently. Never promised up front.

Audit to improvement.
Audit
Crawl, measure, listen.
Improve
The actual fix, previewed.
Approve
Two decisions, both yours.
Deploy
Governed, rollback captured.
Monitor
Verified, then repeated.
Each stage in detail
- Audit
- The platform is designed to crawl, measure, and listen across search, AI answers, and local discovery — correlating crawl data, performance, index coverage, and demand into evidence, not hunches.
- Improve
- It is designed to prepare the actual fix — a patch, content change, or configuration — engineered and previewed, not a to-do item.
- Approve
- You stay in control. Per-change approval is the only production-execution mode planned for early access — reached by explicit upgrade from read-only Observe Only — and two explicit, separate decisions govern each production change.
- Deploy
- Authorized changes are designed to ship through governed integrations — pre-deployment checks passed, rollback point recorded for supported change types, every step logged.
- Monitor
- Every change is designed to be verified against its intent — did the fix land, did anything regress — and the verified outcome feeds the next cycle.
Two decisions.
Decision 1
Change approval
You approve the exact prepared artifact — bound to its content, single-use. Nothing vaguer than the thing itself.
Decision 2
Production authorization
A distinct, explicit go for deployment of that previewed artifact. Rollback material is designed to be captured before anything changes in production.
Planned later: policy-authorized execution for low-risk change classes you explicitly pre-approve — distinct from per-change approval, and never the default.
The details
The full internal loop and the questions teams ask first.
The full eight-stage internal loop
01 · Discover
Connect your website and sources. The platform is designed to crawl, measure, and listen across search, AI answers, and local discovery.
02 · Diagnose
Deterministic analysis is designed to correlate crawl data, performance, index coverage, and demand — producing evidence, not hunches.
03 · Prioritize
Detected issues are designed to be ranked by expected impact and effort, so the queue starts with what matters most.
04 · Engineer
The platform is designed to prepare the actual fix — a patch, content change, or configuration — ready for review, not a to-do item.
05 · Approve
The design keeps you in control: per-change approval by default, with policy-based authorization available for pre-approved low-risk classes.
06 · Deploy
Approved changes are designed to ship through governed integrations with pre-deployment checks and a saved rollback point.
07 · Verify
Every change is designed to be verified against its intent — did the fix land, did anything regress — and recorded in the audit trail.
08 · Optimize
Verified outcomes feed the next cycle — the loop is designed to run continuously, so improvement compounds.
Is the platform available today?
Not yet. The platform is in development. Early-access applications are open, and qualified teams will receive first availability as capabilities ship.
Does it guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No — and no honest vendor can. The platform is designed to fix what verifiably holds you back and to measure outcomes transparently. Deployment verification proves a change shipped correctly; it is not a promise of rankings, citations, or revenue.
Will it change my website without my knowledge?
No. The design requires authorization for anything production-impacting: per-change human approval by default, or policy-authorized execution only for change classes you explicitly pre-approve — always scoped, rate-limited, and logged, with a rollback point recorded for supported change types.
What do you do with my data?
The platform is being built with tenant isolation, scoped credentials, and least-privilege access as architectural requirements. Details will be published with the trust documentation at launch.
